POV: I Feel Lucky

I've been lucky to be able to list some fantastic properties lately.

Riverfront, oceanfront, some very large properties in the valley, etc. This one is one I'm proud to list to say the least.

It's not easy to find waterfront properties and even harder to find OCEANfront properties in the city. This one should appeal to those who feel connected to the ocean but don't want to be far from the core of the city.

When you look at the map in and around Saint John, so much of the oceanfront is taken up by industry which makes perfect sense, and the makes it difficult to find for those wanting to LIVE on the ocean.
