Relocate or Renovate?

Relocate or Renovate? A Tale of The Timeless Homeowner Dilemma ✨
Ever feel like your house is close to your dream but not quite there? Or maybe you've had thoughts of, "Is it time to move?" Congratulations, I think you're normal.
You may have even perused some newly listed homes online and seen one that you like. Did you go visit? What is it about the home that you wish could be in your own?
Next question to ask yourself is - could it be in your home? If yes, then let's talk about finally getting around to making it happen. If no, what's holding you back...funds? Time? Expertise?
Let’s talk about the epic saga of our own waterfront gem 🏡🌊 — a home that we now have undergoing a total transformation after we decided to renovate it. The twist is, we purchased it for that purpose, so it's a tad different. Who's to say this home will still serve our needs in years to come though.
Renovating is essentially running a business project—budget overruns, timeline shifts, and oh-so-many decisions. Selling? That’s the business pivot, turning your assets into new opportunities. So, what's the better move? It depends. Do you have the mental, physical and financial bandwidth to manage the renovation chaos, or is the allure of a fresh start calling your name? We're deep in reno mode now and it's around this time I start questioning my sanity.
📢 Your turn: Renovation or relocation—which do you think would fit your business and home strategy best? Drop your thoughts! 👇
