What a weird spot to shoot a tip video, right?
But this one is about water heaters.
If you're gonna be in your home for 3 1/2 years or more, you should really think about buying your water heater.
They pay for themselves in about 3 1/2 years, and in the agreements we do, there's a spot in the agreement for checking off all the rental equipment and the water heater.
I bet you at least 90% of the time is a rental, but it's actually you're going to save yourself some money if you buy a water here now, especially with inflation.
All these things you can consider.
Which reminds me, by the way, we're going to be here for longer than 3 1/2 years, so I've got to buy water here.
Never thought of it until now.
Maybe you should too.
